This mobile solution ensured the company's people digital vision came to life, an innovation that reached nearly twenty thousand users. Also led the strategy and planning team that operationalized Whataburger's people development program, a strategy effort that outlined a series of technology and business initiatives including Whataburger University (WBU). Within the Cash Product Office, drove the engineering team responsible for incubating and testing third-party innovations for the U.S. Central Bank's 12th District (San Francisco, CA). Experimentation sessions held with Salesforce and Microsoft.
As a member of the digital claims team, I was responsible for bringing the voice of ops to the product development process for USAA's first claims center app online. Future iterations of the app now support millions of users across all digital channels.
